    I had a rattlesnake, rabbit and white wine sausage.  Very tasty.  Rattlesnake is a fairly mild meat.  I highly recommend the place, it's a bit of a bear to find but it's worth going there before they turn the back room into a bar/lounge.  It's located on traction and 3rd and is called Wurstkuche.  (except there's an umlaut over the u).  I think you should go and try the alligator. i bet that's tasty too.
